My name is Evelyn Lou , I am 18 Years old and I am writing this letter to apply for a Voluntary Service and show my Interests and Motivation to work abroad in an organization benefiting the public.

I will finish School in June with my German Abitur in which i focused on English and Geography, as well as Bilingual History and Maths. In the Process of looking for possibilities to go abroad after Graduating School I knew I wanted to join an organization which is working to protect the environment.
I like the idea of participating in a program that brings people from all over the World together to work and learn with and from each other.
I am mostly interested in a program concerned with conservation and protection of the environment and ecology.

Protecting the environment, supporting environmental NGOs and working against climate change and pollution on a local level is a very important work that should be valued and supported in all countries and societies of the World.
With my voluntary serveice I hope to show this kind of support and make a difference by using my skills in problem solving and team work to benefit my organization, the local people and the environment.
I think I would be suitable to be a volunteer as I am open to new things and different cultures and would love to expand my skills in a language I already speak or learn a completely new one. I can work and communicate well with other people even if there is a bit of a language barrier and I am flexible in adapting to a new cultural and social environment.
I am motivated to gain some experience and knowledge in working in general and the specific field I am applying to volunteer in to help me in the future of studying and working.
Personal interests of mine include playing Volleyball and Skiing as well as music in general and playing the drums and the ukulele. However, I am always open to trying out new things if given the opportunity. I also love to travel and always have a list of places I want to see and experience next, preferably as a traveller, not a tourist.
I believe that as a volunteer abroadI could make a difference using my personal skills and work ethics and would gain valuable experiences.
